Responsible for building relationships with insurance agencies throughout an assgined territory to gain direct referrals for fire, water and mold jobs.
Emergency Response Coordinator - San Antonio, TX
First responder after a fire and/or water loss. Calls on customer after the loss and explains services provided by Blackmon Mooring with the intent of gaining customer commitment to hire Blackmon Mooring for needed services.
Emergency Response Coordinator - Houston
High earning potential and flexible work schedule for a high energy individual that has the ability to close sales in a very high pressure\sensitive situations in an extremely competitive environment. Directly markets emergency response services such as fire and water restoration and remediation within the Houston area, with some travel across the gulf coast. This person should be assertive and ready to mobilize quickly to a loss\disaster site. Calls on prospects to explain features of the Company's services, work quality, cost, scheduling and advantages. Establishes rapport and maintains excellent relationships with prospects and existing customers.
Project Job Coordinator (Sales) - Midland - Midland/Odessa
Sells services, prepares scope and estimate for projects; presents scope and estimate to customer to secure approval to start job. Responsible for job from inception through revenue collection. Responsible for ensuring project stays on schedule.
Priority Response Consultant (Marketing Representative) - Houston, Texas
Responsible for identifying and soliciting commercial prospects with the end goal of securing response service agreements. Provide ongoing marketing to commercial accounts in an effort to gain commercial revenue.
Crew Leader & Assistance - Orange County CA - Blackmon Mooring of Southern CA
Responsible for ensuring that all water and/or fire damage work is performed efficiently/timely. Provides direction and supervision for crew assistance. Directs the unloading of equipment and supplies at job site to ensure job is completed.
